Supervises the day-to-day activities of product marketing and is responsible for the teams productivity and development. Serves as an escalation point for the team in resolving complex matters. Works with management in formulating and implementing strategies that will deliver assigned financial results. Responsible for employee performance management (setting goals, observing and giving feedback, addressing performance issues, firing employees, etc.) and ensuring conformance to personnel policies and other internal regulations.
