Provides customers and potential customers with information about Tech Data, our Business Partners, and Reseller Services. Capitalizes on sales opportunities by placing direct orders and making timely follow up calls to customers for order entry. Prepares reports tracking the results of campaigns. Follows-up with Sales determining the status of quotes. Utilizes applications to place quotes and order entries, deteremines product information and helps in opportunity tracking and customer research. Gathers marketing feedback and creates campaign reporting to include follow-up sales calls. Generates a detailed database of all telemarketing calls to track reseller feedback and comments.*Performs additional duties as assigned *Meets attendance and punctuality standards
