Serves as the primary liaison involved in the HR function support for the facets of recruiting, selection and hr activities. Leads the recruitment and selection process. In charge of documentation related to recruitment processes in order to be compliant with local labor law.
Leads the recruitment and selection process for internal promotions / moves. Participates in Human Resources networking meetings to stay abreast of evolving HR trends and issues and to leverage information from other HR professionals. Makes job offers, prepares employment contracts and documentation related to recruitment processes in order to be compliant with local labor law. Assist employees with questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Involvement in planning and execution process of HR engagement activities when impacts all members. Participation when needed in new employee orientation program. May include other HR responsabilities.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements: 4 year college degree from a accredited university, or 2 years college plus 4 years relevant experience, Strong bilingual language skills – written and spoken in English and Spanish.
