  • Overview

    This role is responsible for accelerating the development and execution of both regional and business unit strategies.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    Principal Responsibilities:

     Management of team on charge of vendor/brand specific product and program knowledge to

    partners(Sales Acceleration Team)

     Aligning vendors’s growth initiatives with the partner strategy to develop a plan that increases the

    vendors/brands revenue within a partner or territory.

     Working with the GM’S, RBDM and Tech Data marketing to develop demand creation programs that

    facilitate the vendor/brand specific growth plan.

     Accelerating vendors success within partners, business or a territory

     Product, program knowledge, marketing/demand creation knowledge

     Analysis and management of the on boarding process for new vendors and territories

     Vendor valuations, Growth Case analysis and initial set up of the relationships

     Regional Brand Management of product line

     Coordination, Management and expansion of the Solutions Strategy across the region and

    vendor

     Lead and management of the Solution Industry initiative

     Expand the Solutions Path program and adoption across the region

     Coordination of the LSI and ISV’s Sales Strategy and the in country teams

    Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions

    Experience:

    Ten years of directly related experience in progressively more responsible positions specifically

    related to the IT market.

     

    Education/Certification:

    A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of formal education and

    directly related experience is required.

    each of the individual business organizations

     Demonstrated skills in critical thinking/decision making, process management

     In-depth working knowledge in evaluating the impact of trends, economic forces, competition

    and market dynamics.

    executable plans.

     Demonstrated excellence in project management skills and the ability to effectively respond to

    multiple demands.

     Demonstrated senior management level presence and associated excellence in oral, written,

    facilitation, and presentation communication skills.

     Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and work with a

    variety of personalities and skill sets
