This job is responsible for the Customer Service for Mexico. The Customer Service Rep. is the main point of contact between customers and TD, once a purchase order has been submitted by our customers. He/she receives our customer POs and supporting documentation, such as configuration files, special discount authorizations and end-user information. He/she will review the documentation (Quality Assurance - "QA"- process) and interface with both customers and sales team to correct errors and/or collect missing information detected during the QA process. Once a purchase order has been placed to our vendors, the Customer Service Rep. is in charge of the backlog management, requesting ETAs from vendors and providing order status to Customers. He/she will also coordinate deliveries and trigger billing process, interfacing with customer and the Logistics department.
Prefers a minimum of 6 months Logistics, Customer Service or call center experience.
