Processes customer returns and generates all related documents. Responds to inquiries, provides necessary follow-up and initiates related correspondence. Verifies material part numbers and quantity and enters return/damage/short information into system. Ensures documentation such as return merchandise authorizations (RMA) and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately. May work with the customer to provide repair quotes and obtain customer approval and PO for repair. Ensures IPF’s (In Process Failures) are handled promptly by working with quality and integration teams to understand the scope of failure. Also works with inventory control and the supplier to ensure correct steps are taken to disposition material in a timely manner.
