    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

    • Manages and maintains proper processing for credit applications, tax certificates and EC agreements adhering to the appropriate approval flow.
    • Effectively communicates strategic Tech Data programs and services while assisting in the enrollment process.
    • Transitions direct business into Tech Data through to the appropriate sales team
    • Insures professional demeanor with new customers at all times.
    • Respond to telephone and written or internet inquiries from potential and existing customers.
    • Investigates and analyzes application's data for possible fraud and bad debt accounts for all new customers.
    • Recognize when Loss Prevention should be made aware of an extreme situation with a new account application.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum 6 months experience in a Customer Service role.
    • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
